September 29 2025: My favourite website
One of my favourite websites to look at is Aljazeera Link here . I grew up being quite political due to my family background so I enjoy keeping up with world issues and it is one of the very few news outlets, in my opinion, that shares news without censoring the content or standing on a neutral ground. It’s also helpful for me since my family lives in the Middle East and this website is the most accurate outlet when it comes to the Middle East. Considering how villianised the Middle East is nowadays, I can’t rely on The BBC or The guardian ect. Aljazeera has gotten quite popular recently due to current events happening in the past couple of years, but it was initially quite small and was only read by people who resided in the Middle East. Although the website does contain graphic and upsetting content, I feel like people really do need to know and understand the harsh sides to reality in order to gain empathy.
